Cosy Home

Now the dark nights are drawing in i have a real urge to make our home really cosy, so this month i've indulged in a few bits and bobs to spruce up the living room

When Dikki and i were down in Cornwall last weekend we popped into Odds and Suds in Tavistock, a little gem of a shop where they make their own soap and sell lots of lovely homewares. We decided to splash out and between us bought this thick wool Doune Check blanket by Bronte By Design. Since we got it it's been over our duvet, or keeping our feet warm on the sofa ever since. Definitely a good investment! The cushions are new too (except the blue one) i got them in the BHS sale last week. I've wanted a furry cushion for ever, i love it!

I think it's getting there, pretty cosy! Rocky seems to like catnapping on the sofa anyway....
